Home Child Care Provider Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot
The Home Child Care Provider and Home Support Worker pilots give a chance to the in-home caregivers to become a permanent resident of Canada upon getting 2-years of eligible work experience. It also allows their family members to be with them in Canada and work or study during the time they work here in Canada.

Apply for Permanent Residency through the Caregiver Pilot:
You can move to the next stage, the Permanent Residency process once you have worked full-time for at least 24 months as a caregiver. Upon achieving Canadian work experience, you need to inform the immigration authorities of your progress and provide supporting documents and follow the below steps:
If you meet all these steps, you will be granted become Permanent Residency in Canada.
